hello masters
i have nokia 6500s after i unlocked with Genie box
now the phone contact service

what can i do ?

You can "contact service" for example,
or try to restore the back up.

Ok, you need rpl to repair your phone

no, just unlock again... should fix this problem...

or try to unlock it again with genie or mt box... this recalculates 308 and pm 120.

most time it is pm 120 file what causes contact service...

stell have Contact service

waiting any ideal ???

by the way i get Contact service without Sim card

after it asking me if i wanna work without sim ?
when i press yes
i get Contact service and the phone turn off

Hi,

There is no known bug that puts the phone in Contact Service. But there
are some limitations of the solution, we have clearly marked them in the
release notes of the application.

The file is called bb5notp.txt and is placed in the System folder on your
SD card when you update. Please read it and you can easily fix the phone.
