Why Genie does not create a flasher own software, why should Phoenix_Software use?
But Genie Universal pruduct good.
I still hope there is a change in the future.

Best regards

Phoenix is the best for nokia , its used in factory for servicing also in authorized service points , for this was created genie to work with the original nokia service software .... if i want to use 3rd party flasher you can found its a long list .... but for phoenix its only genie (and i prefer phoenix , i used a couple years .... and iff you know how to use you can doo a lot a thing (search hw problems , checking RF part to diagnose where is the problem even recalibrating etc )

So if you found a beter service software for nokia pls tell me , maybe also nokia will be intrested

I acknowledge the Phoenix flasher software best since the first,
But at least have the Genie software itself as an option other than Phoenix software.
So the more options in one great Box

So if you know is the best is Phoenix for what we need another ??
The genie have inside a fully working fls5 emulator to be able to use phoenix .... ( if i want some 3rd party flasher and waiting for updates for support new phone models then exist inaf in market .....) but phoenix is the first who have inside the newest loaders and models so i don`t se nothing logic and useful in to made another flasher program for genie.

And if you want some more options (you already have pkd1, fls5, dct4+ standalone unlock without to need downloading mcu files , bb5 and bb5+ unlock , standalone dct4 rpl calculator ).....and how i see we can expect some great updates at the right time like sl3 , new dct4+ , and who knows also what new brands will be implemented like samsung , se , etc.

(and don`t forget genie its a powerful device , who know what original service device emulation will be implemented or even more)

Hmm, well that really depends on what level service centre you are!

If your under level 3 then imho its not worth having. I mean, its shocking on dead usb with bb5 phones, always errors during n96 flash, and i mean ALWAYS. Ok, maybe it does support hte lastest models first, but surely that is the point of it is it not? Whatever way, it isnt the best with newer models!

I used a lot in the nokia factory , and for me it was perfect even with fps11 promer for debug at flali and finui part , so for me its k to use bicouse i used years and its more easy for me to use compared to other products.
And its the best or not , its the first option for the new models , and yes its have problems but if i use on a clean sistem with the latest updates then its working well , but if i use combined with other boxes then start to apear problems bicouse of the drivers ....
