Member: 514148 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23 | Hi. this way is not usefull. i got 2 pcs of 7210s that simlock is curropted. when i run selftest st security is passed.but simlock is failed. then i repaired with genie and now dont do sx4 and says superdongle is curropted. i think genie must think about it.it waste our credits. |

Member: 115172 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 212 | I agree with you,though mentioned many times in many posts i got no answer from supporters,we need to do sx4,i have some phones repaired by Genie BUT can't do anything,why: 1.I used 50 credits to repair simlock for 7210,simlock is ok but phone needs PM(Not charging,no network) and no tool accepts the phone security for SX4,and to everybody's bad chance PM tool never works,some one said it works only with very special cables which is none sense to me,i use the same cable that worked with Genie logger but not works with Genie PM tool--very funny--. Even i'm sure their own sx4 server will not accept this simlock just in case we are lucky enough to get connected to it. 2.Customer killing me,i have to give him back the NON working phone and i have to lose around 20 euro,unfortunately it's not the only one,i have some more phones just like this.... Genie supporters MUST give us solution for this,if you offer a solution,better to release a complete one,i'm angry with so much money spent on BROKEN solution,i got Genie just for that solution and it's not working.Phewwwwwwwwwwwwwww |
