Can't Install FLS-x 2.09.08 Drivers [ANSWERED]

Hi Supporter can you kindly helpme to Solve this problem..

I Cannot install the FLS-x v2.09.08 drivers to my PC, it prompt like in the attachment...

One More Problem Is I can't Install Or Uninstall the Phoenix Software...
It Prompt in the 2nd attachment
