I have the same problem, when upgrading to new version. i hope genie will solve the problem easy because i trust them.

just click on GENIE (your G: drive) in upper window and then click UPDATE

bro connect usb cable genie to pc then go to in genie open right side option is mode & run usb disk option then open update clint in ur pc click get drive showing ur genie drive with ur genie serial no in block click ur genie drive (showing with ur genie serial no) see is under blue then click update & w8 ur genie update aoutomatcly in few minute

if you have version 0.186 already installed, then please update the sdcard content with the update client and then update the firmware to 0.191 with remotetools.
