Error uploading credits on server! - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I've just bought yesterday this box,also bought logs from allgsmunlock server but I've got a problem on I'm trying to upload credits on server to use them for unlock;here I've atached a log:

Nokia BB5 RPL Logger for Genie V 1.0.0.11
Waiting Genie...Found.
Reading data...Done.
Script v 0.0.0.62, Genie SN: 101633, OS v 0.0.0.161
-------------------------------------------------
Check credits on Server...Done.
Connecting to server...Success.
Sever Version: 0.43
Credits left: 100
-------------------------------------------------
Upload credits to Server...Error5: 1

Finaly I found out how to solve the problem.Try to upgrade that user guide.I've just unlocked an 5220 and an 6600f.
