Q : How Many Cradits Need For One SL3 Unlock Any Provider?
A : Each SL3 Needs 249 Cradits For Unlock Any Provider.

Q : How Much Time Needed For Each Sl3 Calculation?
A : Now With Our New Server Each Sl3 Needed 2 to 3 Days Max.

Q : How Many Sets Can Be Unlock Per Day?
A : We do 10-20 phones per day and we not allow more then 50 jobs on
the server. The rest is basic math

Q : How can we know that our sl3 phone is supported or not?
A : Run Nokia Sl_X Remote Tool, uncheck all options in repair tab and read ask. if u successed in making ask it mean ur phone is supported and if u got booting error'1 that mean not supported.

Q : Do we need connected phone untill we get code from server?
A : No.just connect ur phone and click requst SL3 and disconnect ur phone.for checking status just run remote tool and click sl3 status, when code is ready, connect phone again and unlock it.

Q : I have uploaded imei of a SL3 phone for unlocking its still in idle but the customer is not ready to wait more. what to do?
A : Run remote tool, enter imei in IMEI TO CANCEL blank and click SL3 cancel botton and now u can return phone to customer and u will got back ur credits.

Q : My Sl3 phone simlock data is cruppted. can Genie repair and unlock it?
A : NO. u need orignal rpl from nokia server to repair simlock status and than after writting RPL u can unlock it with Genie.

Q : Why i am getting error:06 my internet connection cable also ok and i have enough credits too?
A : just pm ur username to BPH&co, John_Doe (Davor) or Zero23 (Sasha) to Allow ur username for sl3 unlock.


Q : My job was done, but disappeared from server.
A : After 1-2 days, done jobs are archived. Now visible in status as archived job

Q : How do I check server status.
A : We usually post up to date info on Twitter, if you are not using Twitter, don't worry
you can visit our website and see real time notifications or
Run SLX Remote tool then click on SL3 status button & free slots status will be appears

Q : My job finished, but with error, what happens next.
A : In very rare cases a job could finish with error, we will try to fix the situation, but if
not possible, you will get your credits refunded(usually takes few hours)

Q : I get: Server Responce: Invalid data, err 2.
A : This means the phone is not supported yet. Please read offline ask file, PM120, and save the screen log to a text file(please include screen version if N97 also), zip it and send via mail to support (at) b-phreaks.co.uk so we can add support for it
