Ok, it is simply just start geniep.exe and run on pc this tool All DCT4Plus Unlock.
Thats all.

how do i use bb5u.exe, fls5.exe, pkd1.exe, nk4c.exe and nkcs.exe do i run direct from box or with All DCT4Plus Unlock.

This applications are stand alone:

bb5u.exe - is Dejan's bb5 unlocker.
nkcs.exe - used to repaid "Contact Service" in dct4 phones (bad signature)
bb5notp.exe - Genie's bb5(+) unlocker.

This applications are PC based.

fls5.exe - FLS5 Emulator, used to flash phones via Phoenix (FBUS / USB)
pkd1.exe - PKD1 Dongle Emulator, used to flash phones via Phoenix (USB)
nk4c.exe - Standalone DCT4+ RPL Calculator
Geniep.exe - DCT4+ unlocker.
