hi!

is it possible to give out soundfiles like *.wav ?

if i like to write a unlock program for genie, and
i would like to play a "succsess" or "fail" sound, is this possible?

or is only beep sound possible?

i cant find anythink in genie sdk for this, just only beep is possible...

its not realy importend, but i like to know...

it exists warning sounds, but only beep sound...

i soldered a big ngage speaker in my genie... its a little bit better sound but not realy louder...

i dont think that this can be done *.wav can be played with some hardware
for bip i think is that only some electronic pulsion send to sonor disk .

Hi,

Unfortunately not. We had so much external HW, for sound we had left only
one pin. So if you can somehow manage to sample a complex waveform on
1-bit HW, but i am not sure.

If i remember back in the day Apple 2 could produce human voice on 1 bit
output, but i could be mistaken.

Read up on Delta-Sigma DACs for that.
