Piece of advice...
I have no problem flashing any nokia, and for unlocking all possible to unlock nokia phones using JAF UB MT-BOX HWKuFs GENIE (and using latest Nokia Phoenix Software tool for USB flash via MT-Box PKD emulation or using Phoenix FBUS Flashing via FLS5 using Genie FLS5 SW and HW emulation all works just excellent, but for FLS5 flashing you will have to use 10PIN cables with VPP and TX2 enabled!) For unlocking BB5 it always was and always will be the best tool of all - Genie Universal
Short guide what I use most and have all done perfectly:

Flashing: JAF / HWKuFs
Unlocking: Genie Universal / UB / MT-Box
Dead flash / Repair Flash allways works best over HWKuFs or Phoenix FLS5

Just a piece of advice...

You have to go trough all tools yourself to find what suits your market environment/needs... NEVER THROW AWAY ANY TOOLS
