If the phone have (unlocked) qualcomm bootloader, yes
If it is recognized as nokia_dload on vol+&power in device manager, use atf+TP+credits until Bph&co will release something hidden for some time.

...(USB Mass Storage Device), means you have an unlocked bootloader. IF you're in Windows, it will ask if you want to format the disk. SAY NO!
