My genie is dead or i m stupid¿ - GSM-Forum

I dont know how to conect to server.I try with nokia 5800 xm and always the same error 5 and my genie blinking and dont put the phone in local mode.I buy another new cable but the same problem .I m the only one who have the error 5 ?

In your case I think firewall/antivirus problem that block you access to network for genie clip software.

Diferent computer the same problem.Two time new windows the same problem.When you fix unlock 5800d standalone clip and 2680 .SL3 is too much money.With this money i send to DM3team without risk and problem.Genie team you are not alone in this .DM3team is more cheap.Dont lose your client
I m buy another box only for unlock 5800 and 2680 .This is competitive market.I konow is very strong team but is not unique .Please fix your problem before lose client
