hi,
"Error 7" means that your SD card content is updated. Please check your device firmware. To receive the latest SD card content, please use genieclient.exe to update your genie SD card content.

So with ur Box s/n and email address request here for ur SD Card Contents all error will be solved

Error26 means ur security keys have been damaged. contact ur resailer for it.It needs to reaplace.
