I am trying to put all error discription & solution in one place
so post your not listed error so then i will edit & paste in 1st post
hope this will help every user of genie.
All reply posts related same errors will be deleted

1: Server Responce: Already exist as error job
Mean Your Handset Cant Be Unlocked At The Moment
Some Of Sl3 Phones Give Erorr While Calculating

2:Restoring Device...Error1, 0x6
-->You need to contact us first to use this feature

3: Check credits on Server...Done.
Connecting to server...Error: 5
Mean server is down at the moment

4: Booting phone...Error: 12 or error'1
Phone Not Supported

5: New Genie during update firmware getting the error Missing file!
Ask from support for fresh SD card contents or replace SD card

6: Error 2 during unlock via rpl method
sd contents not up to date

7: Log.smx not run. Exec err:219
Update clip on latest firmware

8: Sending code...Error10, 2
Could be bad adapter, could be fault in the device, could be noise in your place.process fail due to faulty power supply circuit in Genie itself.The best is if you get error as it might be fault in any
of those parts.

9: Error'6 during sl3 unlock or Submit Request to Server...Error: 6
just pm ur username to BPH&co, John_Doe (Davor) or Zero23 (Sasha) to Allow ur username for sl3 unlock.

10: Error'7 when running log.smx in genie clip
Update your clip on latest firmware

11: Driver error'9 during os update to latest version
its because of faulty sd card or corrupted data on sd card so ask for fresh sd card contents from any of our supporter

12: Check credits on Server...Error1!
Mean Server is down at the moment try after some time or check twitter website

13: Error 31 during sl3 submission
Sometimes error 31 because of unsupported hash like 5800,e63,n97 mini new hash
which are not supported at the moment

any one can help me !!!! i can't update my genie universal os from .191r to latest firmeware , when select ubs os update , here i have one p)roblem , driver error 9 .
i can't update the OS . PLEASE HELP

hi i have this error, i've search on the forum didnt find any of this i just buy my genie, and i do can unlock dct-4 but when it comes to bb5, always give me error
Er1,0x04.... and sometimes didnt even let me open bb5 or any other , says "not allowed"
need some help thks
