You already have account on the server, as i said maybe million times, this upload
works only once. Here is the text from the product page where you paid:

Important Note: Upload of credits to our server works only once. Then if you finish your server account and want to top up, you can't do the upload for a second time! You can still pay here, but you will need to let us know that you want the credits added to the server, not your device. So in this case please do not attach credits.cnt file, but instead put you account name in the special note section when you place your order. Thank you!
Try now to upload. When done, let me know, so i can restore the 30 credits
