Hello support I always get error message when trying to update yessim firmware to any other version always says "socket error #10054 connection reset by peer"any suggestions

it is communication error, your YESUP and pc connection is not good, please try to check driver
or please Directly Contact with PC you YESUP, no use any usb hub etc,
can you post here screen shot, more more help
