i've a lost a lot of money with the yessim. hope they will help me.


i'm selling your almost 5 yessim to all my customer but after 2 or 3 days our customers will come back to my shop because their phone has lost its signal then i'll try to config again so solve the problem but until now even in your support could not response to all our query regarding loss signal.. then what we do is to return the money of our customer.. and my very big problem now is the remaining 5 pcs yessim that was not sell are now totally dead and cannot detect anymore.. even if i insert in some nokia phone to try if is working but unfortunately i failed tyo detect it.

only i can request in your company is to replace those dead yessim?

only the 2 pcs are modified by the remaining 3 are still cleanang no physical damage..

one question.. the yessim has a life span? or a maximum setting to apply and after that it get to dead?

im complete agree with you, i spent a lot of money with yessim, result? all the yessim i sell return in a few days..
why? because lost signal....solution? reprogram it, and? they come back again with same problem...
so, it's not a good solution , unfortunately i have 80 yessim more...
