server disconects


hello I have had this problem for a while when trying to upgrade. Firmwares are shown good from server but when upgrading it disconnects. I got information to disable all antivirus and firewall. In the picture u can see I have non running. Also I connected straigt to usb por, no hub. Any suggestion please. i really like my yessim but cant use it to its full potential. tnx
