when we read a mtk 6228 CPU by CPF box , then the readed file size is very big 135MB..
is that correct or it is corrupt?

It is accurate.
6228CPU configured for NAND flash chips

Yes files read is accurate..6228,6230 support nand flashes...and size 128 &some approx is ok
