i have V710 with code tel
i try to reset bye vodclip ver 3.6

Clip connected...
Reading log...
Factory usercode: 0000
Log readed...
Reading log...
Factory usercode: 0000
Log readed

but after try with 0000 i have error code tel
pls how to solve my prob
