i have just bought this sx-sim its says plug and play no dial 112 is this ok for unlocking ??? as its not working im using iphone 4s 5.0.1 on vodafone trying to unlock it to o2 but when it says activating says its the wrong simcard in the fone thanks............................................ ...br

You will need to activate your iPhone first with the first Process if you don`t want to get wrong SIM.
Settings + Phone + SIM PIN + ON the Then you will NEED to add 7digits IMSI or your iPhone Provider in this window ( We have Provided you the 7digitss IMSI )

now im trying to use a vodafone from netherlands, and i cant find the imsi codes of dutch providers, can any one help me ?

i found only mcc and mnc codes, but i think this isnt right ?
