You Used the same X-SIM v3.05 on 5.1 and it was Working before updating to 5.1.1 and it Stopped Working.. I know they fixed some 3G SIM card bugs on 5.1.1 so I suggest you try 3G Off if you are still on 3.05 trying 5.1.1

Also DO complete reset of X-SIM with 00000000 and iPhone Network Reset
