How to update rebel sim v44 with SCM 3320 programmer (IPHONE 3G) - GSM-Forum

I have the rebelsim v44 simcard and SCM 3320 cardreader (programmer).
Accidentaly updated to firmware 2.2 after phone crash.

I want to update to firmware v53 using the SCM cardreader.

My question is how to use the SCM cardreader?
IF i use the RebelConfig tool it keeps saying "No card in the reader"

I'm using Vista x86 and installed the SCM 3320 drivers.

Also do i have to put the rebel sim AND the (vodafone)sim in the programmer?

I've bought the programmer and the rebel simcard from http://www.rebelsimcard.nl/ but they didn't send instruction on how to update the simcard.

Any help is appreciated.

Hmm i followed the instructions but it still says "no card in reader" in REBEL configurator.

Maybe the programmer is faulty...i give up

I have a cornish key programmer ... I think I tried over 100 different positions till I got it right. So keep trying. And let us know if your iPhone 3G works with the new firmware. Mine doesn`t.

Iphone 3g working 100% on first go with rebel ver33 in mode1.

I know that. I didn`t want to buy anything new, since I already bought from you guys 2 conishkeys and have about 4 rebelsims.
