Either you have Fake X-SIM or You don`t know for sure where your iPhone 4s is locked to..

Your iPhone 4s is Activated with the right IMSI so you are making NO sense with all your post.

Hello

Your problem must be 16 k sim card.. Are you from which country ?

For sure you may have problems if you are using 16K SIM cards due to STK Menu function.

My other 4s 3 Network From uk. Searching and No service.
i have enable 3g network. cellular Data also enable Airplane Mode.then Disable Airplan Mode.but problem same.

If you have used the same card for many times to try maybe you MUST Reset the Network Keys in that sim card by inserting it is another Unlock Phone and get Network and then put it back to iPhone..

Also make sure your sim card is NOT old like 16K old cards.. t
