Can't use soft with my PRO account :S - GSM-Forum

Hy SRS TEAM, i have problems with the soft, i can't use it!

Locating Remote server...
Remote server found.
Preparing connection to Remote server...
Connecting to Remote server...

Authenticating on the server...
Your Useraccount activation is expired. (since Nov 2010)
Authentication stage Error: -1050
Userpack not activated for this year, your not allowed to use new update.

Price is 30 euro for this year.

What's the problem?

well exactly as the message tells you.. your user pack is expired.. you bought the last usage pack it in november 2009, now it's december 2010 so it's not valid anymore.. you need an update subscription to continue using srs

But on your page is write that all account are valid from 1.01.2010 to 31.12.2010 that was buyed in november and december 2009 then why this change?? Should work to end of this year all account activated to 2010 updates or buyed in november or december 2009.

updates are valid for one year..

i think this is most fair.. else someone who will buy an update in june 2010 has to pay full price only for 6 months.. so we changed that.. now it's one year from update activation.. so if you buy in november 2009 it's valid till december 2010 (so if you buy on first day of month you get one month extra

Yes I think the same but you should change info on page becosue give wrong info.

You are right and I will change that page soon. That site needs another big update anyway.

If that is still the case, than he should not be expired. Since as you said yourself the last time he brought an account / upgrade was november 2009. Therefore, it should expired at the end of Dec 2010.

Also other thing I think the page need changing is after your account has expired you can still use the last client that was released before the account expired. Since all the old applications time out when new software is released.
