LG KC910Qa Unlocking Problem

Hello!
I used the credits to unlock a LG KC910Qa Movistar Argentina.. i checked before if it was supported..
and LG SRS told me that was supported..
then i did the unlock but when the phone rebooted i get a yellow screen with this text:

Unavailable
OPT Block

how to solve the problem now? the phone is totally bricked!
