Please help.. Fail to unlock soul U900

I am facing problem in unlocking my samsung soul U900..
Please help.. fast response is much appreciated. Submited ticket support and waiting..
Comport driver seems all ok.

please reset your phone with *2767*3855#
also check cable and drivers

as you can see the data from phone is corrupt
see the imei number and msladdr they are invalid

I have reset the modem by insert your code..
the result still same.

I am using samsung USB cable which come with the phone.
The phone driver detected in the SRS as below..

must be an problem with phone

Imei number should be numberic should not notain an F

phoneseed should be 16 bytes hex, so too much data.

please check your phone or try on other computer, but as far as i can see now phone sends corrupt and wrong data.. did you flashed your phone or is it damaged somehow ?

Yes.. i did flash the phone to asia language.. but it is done sucessfully.
So, How i am going to solve the problem?

I got email from support ticket (#572493) yesterday, giving me a blogger software asking to run and send a file to them. But the link given is not work.
I still waiting their reply.. or do you able to PM me directly the correct link..
So i can proceed..
