we're working on this.. network issues at external party

is new security for other team but already unlocked same models with same secutity with srs

we hope to have systems back online tomorrow...

tomorrow between 12.00 and 18.00 an engineer will come to fix the network signal problem (it's external problem on connection) so we cannot fix this ourself.. :(

all servers are online and working fine, please check your firewall settings

Disabled firewall and antivirus, still not working.
Errorcode: GETPH01

getPH01 means client cannot download latest phone datafile
just close SRS and reinstall, your phones.dat file is corrupted somehow
