t746 Help - GSM-Forum

When trying to unlock the T746 with the Samsung Remote Server, I followed procedures correctly but when I press "Read Unlock Codes" - It stops at Please Wait... Reading partition and nothing happens from there. Im pretty sure that I've set up the comports and installed the drivers correctly as well. In addition to this, i've also tested this on three different computers (Windows 7 64, 36 and XP) and still the same thing. Not sure what is causing the problem.

Hello,

I believe you also opened a support ticket which we responded to already but have not received any response from you.

- Do you have a simcard inside the phone while doing the 'read unlock codes'?
- Also provide us with full operations.log

Please use Win XP 32 bit computer.

Thanks for the response, sorry i couldn't respond quickly due to timezone differences. Yes, I've tried with 1. Working Sim Card, 2. Not Working Sim Card, and 3. No Sim Card. I will attach the operations log on my email reply, thank you for your assistance.

Its been over 24 hours since I've replied to the e-mail, did you guys not receive it yet (Ticket still open when i checked status) or are you working on a solution. I hope to have my phone unlocked before the end of the weekend. Looking forward to your reply.
