unlocking E800 - GSM-Forum

Friend of my is trying to unlock E800 x 2 on SRSPRO Using E700 FDI J45 Cable. On the server it goes through and say it is unlock but when turn the phone on it still asking for the code if put a different simcard in. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Hi,

Try using 'Read unlock codes' option.

It should be as far as I know.. I've emailed SSA to have a look.

Hi,

Please download latest client (10.0.6) and try again. We had a bug with selecting model.
