I need help with my gcproo , please

good gcpro team. I have a problem with the GCPRO.

First update the GCPRO to v81 because it was required since it was in version 79, then I did update gcpro and give me the first log:
Using 1.33
Checking GCPro Card Details ...
Reader: = Alcor Micro USB Smart Card Reader 0
Checking server connection ...
GCPro SN GCF86EEACB
Card OsVer 0004
GCPRO Activation: = GCPro is Active
CARD UUID: = 0840729506D88F20E4B82A4A272B1D709EA1C2E9
Card crypto verify ok ..
This GCPro is not Allowed to UPDATE or Register, Contact reseller ..
Please do not make any other task.

GCPro update ok

GCPRO Activation: = GCPro is Active

and then when I open the GCPRO and I get the second Log:

Gcpro Error Illegal Tool Running Or Installed


Then I go back to update gcpro to be sure and it tells me this from the Log:

The GCPRO does not take almost 2 years, I need help. thanks

I have read out there that this error is based on using it with remote programs like, flexihub and others but I have never used it for that purpose, I have only seen a driver that confused the gcpro program and closed it. regards

I also have the same problem with my gcpro but there is no responde from support , I hope they respond soon...
