need Help with HWKBox including Original HWK

on 02.08.2014 i have boght new hwk box see order id: 7190804324 / 2014-08-02

i have installed newest update of hwk team see here:

i make update box, i have allways this error: hwk sd repair error: -5

1. HWK SD REPAIR ERROR: xxxxx
HWK upgrade error. This error occures when HWK was affected by third-party tools before upgrade or your HWK is a clone. Please don't contact anyone, it's your own stupid fault.

Now my question to Supporter, this HWK Box is Original or an CLone?

If is Original then you need to Help me to use this box, if you cant do it then please refund money back or send me new and working and not faulty HWK box

If it is an Clone then please Refund Money Back.

I Have contacted Supporter of HWK Team, but they dont gibe me any answer.

did u had any crack or patched version of HWK installed in you machine bro?

no pc is formated, and without other tools , i try on win7 and xp is same result
