what I do ?

thatmean you use wrong cable or bad contact with fbus.
you can confirm by only reading PM that will give you the same error.
change cable or press it to get better cpntac and post result

I also have problem my pkey was activated previously, i use it to unlock a few bb5 ow its telling me this
Card NOT activated, plese activate it on bb5box/JAF SW. when i try to activate it with the activator i get this, ERROR: Serial number not in database what should i do?.
