your probelem is low voltage in usb
change usb port.
not work in hub usb port.

do not use v 108 and v108

N95 i have same problem .

i unlock this phone whith teset point in 3 sec

not try to unlock whithout tp .

just unlock whith tp in 3 sec.

I tell you one thing use this.....JAF_Nokia_BB5_Unlocker 1.01
N95 unlocked without any problems in few seconds
