YES, I agree - NO LOcal Mode with all resistor

thats because there is no 15k ohms selector attached to its BSI lines....

E90 can easyly go to local mode..
just add more power to vcc by power suply..
in red clip (vcc) and black clip (gnd) remove the back clip.. then at the back just plug power from power suply about 4,2 or 4,4 Volt..
Then will be sure 100% LOCAL MODE..
Test on N82 with UFC with Tornado http://www.bestncheap.net/index.php?...sg8433#msg8433
Setting UFC for N82 to GO LOCAL MODE : N82 / Pin 3/4 Resitor=10k + Power to VCC and GND 4,5 Volt
