problem putting motorola k1s code
 

help moderator i requested for motorola k1s code and the code was given to me but the code is alphanumeric and the space given for code seem to accept only numbers, here is the code i got F29GHY29KW B0032E37 and the number of spaces allotted for the code is 16 but the code given to me is 18 so pls check the code and tell me what to do? cos my 3 credit has been deducted already and want a quick answer thank in advance.

moderators i am still wating for ur reply the owner of the phone needs it back and i dont want to loose my credit just like that, so check where the error is coming from i requseted for the code about 2 hours before my first post

i think that is not the right code...unlock code is compose only of numbers not letters
