softbank x03HT how to unlock

i have this phone softbank x03HT but i dont know how to put code after i recieved from you

am i must flash it or what should i do ??

same as all HTC .
put a cross sim card in , other than the fone is locked , it ask u to input unlock code , the code u recieved from us 8 digits one , enter it , if asked twice do the same .show u network means ur fone is unlocked

i try with other code digit number.... 11111 it not shown DONE key , its meaning after i get code from you... i cant enter that code to my htc
before i ask u about the code, i want to know how to put code in my htc

in other htc like x02ht softbank it must be flash wit ENGLISH ROM, how about this phone ?

what next i do ?

look ur fone is fone locked , plz make ur fone hardreset first , that will remove fone lock
than put the code in will work 100%

i have reset this phone, and try to enter the code, result same like before

cant enter the code, please anyelse solution ?
