is this navifirm update real or fake? i can't download any file.

NaviFirm] Failed to Download Files -> Failed to determine Landing Zone folder -> Can't create target product folder, check privileges OR remove Settings.ini and restart App.
LandingZone dir will be created in privileges-safe area.
