Can somebody please help my blackberry counter is 0 and i cannot find a way to reset the counter. Is blackberry unlock still free or do i have to buy credits???

If Your's bb counter is 0, You need make box wizard, before this operation pls paste there SN or service tag. Best Regards

Send me your box sn. Afrer, use box wizard.

after using box wizard.
My SN is D9000327
