blackberry tool cannot work !


"My box :
Card Serial Number: D00201D8
Card Firmware Revision: 010A

I try to upgrade firmware of the box many many time but ther still show

"XGold/Blackberry Service Running, Counter: 0" other function is ok just

have this problem any solution pls reply soon .

I dont think so that Im the only one- I think Ptt and Mr.3 still visiting forum- and We should appreciate it. We are Product supporters- not coders and not products manager- so we cant tell anything about future- we are take care about present :/ But my private opinion- I think cyclone still alive- all servers works, ppl get help there, use tool. Im also waiting for update Like You guys. Have nice day for everyone
