Hi

Right, but why is need to change to main mode my finger touch ?
And after I touch on the cristal cover the box work just fine. There's an faulty somewhere around Y1, don't you think so ?

Check if there is smd capacitors from cristal to GND, look for bad solder....

I have this problem after make update
I install Cyclone in new windows make update again same problem !

every time when I connect my box have the same problem "Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, gold box is not needed in mode
Then I uninstall the drivers and I reinstalled again
Please Cyclone box fix to problem

Make sure you are using the latest FW version ( v01.15 )

@ gournabil

Send PM to SiRoYa, with your Box S/N, wait till him change your box flag in server, then update box FW again, if doesnt work, maybe you have problems with the 12Mhz cristals.

but still the same problem

If you are sure about the Software, Drivers, and your windows / PC are OK, then you can try to update the box FW again ( send PM to one of the Product managers with your BOX S/N and ask to allow to upgrade the FW again ). If the problem not solved with the FW upgrade, maybe the 12Mhz cristals are damaged, you can try to change them. or if your box is under warranty, contact your reseller for exchange.
