- Bootloader Mode - Main Mode at the bottom left part of the soft screen, you can see in which mode is your box: When you open the soft, and box is not connected, you see this:  When you conect the box, it starts in bootloader mode :  When you start the DCT4/WD2/BB5 soft, the box change th Main Mode:  You get the error because your box cant change to "Main Mode" Maybe your box have damaged the 12Mhz cristals. If your box is under warranty, contact your reseller for exchange / repair the box under warranty. BR | |

If your box works before update FW, maybe the FW is not properly updated. Send PM to SiRoYa with your Box S/N and wait his reply, then update your box again. BR | |
