I have problem with updating. software is installed correctly because the other box I have updates normally.

i don't see any problem with your box , box seems already up to date
but anyway update credits are added in your account
you can update box again from maintenance tool

I need solution this cannot be open..it says connected listed

Product Supporter need help

after i succesfully fill credits becaused of security failed issue

i tried to update my box in Box maitenance with latest version and a new found hardware pop-up ( cyclonebox usb-uart stack) and succesfully installed...

but problem occured
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader]
Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

tried the solution posted aboved but no luck
tried to install to a fresh pc but same error
how can i solved this
