also, why you are doing "Clip Maintenance" ? To update BOX Firmware you MUST use "Box Wizard"

strange problem in my about 1week after upgrade

my box works perfect last last month
when update released from the team cyclone
i upgraded it
after 1week my box not in boot mode (not connected)
no reaction when i connect to pc even in different port

only light red

my box is not new version like reloaded
how to solve this problem?

my box is given me problem not connected and you see the red light blicking.?please help me solve it. i was using it for the pass five months

Please it cant show the serial number.

just open one of your old logfiles inside the storedfiles folder: the serial in in any of them at the begining.

Hi boss; i hav received my box yesterday, i do the registration and evrything ok but when i unplug and plug the box again the box enter bootloader mode.everytime when i connect the box i need to use box wizard before everything return ok(main mode). please help me to fix it.
this is the box serial :B000022F.

When you Plug the Box, it MUST start in "Bootloader Mode"

When yo open the DCT4/BB5 Module or any other module that Needs "Main Mode" it Switchs automatically From "Bootloader Mode" to "Main Mode"

No need to use Box Wizard to switch to "Main Mode"

I have similars problems

This is the first time I put the box to computer, I recently bought it

First I go to Box wizard

establishing connection with box main firmware

after that the red led flash and stay on, then flash again, then the same thing many times

at the bottom shows

Connected [Bootloader Mode][Classic] and not connected after some time then again Connected.

then show me a box:
Trying to establish connection. Reconnect box, install drivers when asked and clic ok when ready.

Then another box:

Error Occured. Failed to launch box Main Mode. Main Firmware wasn´t flashed during this session. Possible cause: empty firmware, damaged hardware (crystals), damaged security area, drivers problem, OS problem, etc.
ServiceTag was copied to clipboard.


in the back Box: C000857D
Please help I´m new on this thing
