I have also tryed to update with "Box Wizard" but nothing.

My sn number can not be read only service tag
Cyclone Box Service Tag: 5ADF1E9CB8E8FB250DFF6D3DF5F63E0A
try use box wizard now

I update, but it does not help. The update process goes, and ends when you come back to the Nokia tool needs to be updated and so on to infinity....

No, no, no Dont plug any external power source! Cyclone need be connect only via USB, and this is source of power.
