Yes i can do this but its not solve your problem, now i know reason, we should be fix within 24h.

No box found with given Service Tag (500).

don't update because same error, already tested many computers, cables, ports, total unnistall e erase the cyclonebox folder, install again e try update and nothing works:

Establishing Connection with Box in Main Mode...
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader], [Platform: Classic]
Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

First- please send us SN or service tag, we need add update tickets on server, then you can use box wizard and update cyclone.

Dear Kaisak!

The registration of my box until 2,5 years were the end of emails from karwos the next:

"This email was sent to you because you are registered user of Cyclone Box (Device assigned to this mail, Serial Number: C000188C, Activated at: 2009-09-02).
If you don't want to receive furhter mails, reply to this mail."

From march(?) of 2012 the end of emails from karwos is changed (but my E-mail address is the same!!!):
"This email was sent to you because you are registered user of Cyclone Box (Device assigned to this mail, Serial Number: C000119C, Activated at: 2009-07-20).
If you don't want to receive furhter mails, reply to this mail."

My box were never open, never repaired, the original strip is untouched.

Last working day of my box was the next log:
"Nokia DCT4/WD2/BB5 Service Tool Initialization Started, Engine Revision: 1.0.1.713
