Hi,
I can't read service tag, I have this :

Support Area Launched, Engine Revision: 1.0.1.1155
Started authenthication procedure at 17:25:42
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader], [Platform: Classic]
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box], [Platform: Classic]
CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
Box Service Tag Read Failed -> No answer from CBUS
Authenthication error -> Failed to read Service Tag

Can you help me.

All it's OK now, I make that :

Go in control panel/add remove software and uninstall libusb if present.
if still problem, pleas, post screenshoots of the error

I can not update it constantly box in bootloader mode switching is disabled and so constantly. how do you know what the serial number not know, please help.
