if you have updated your Fw, reinstalled the Soft, test the box in other PC...... and nothing works...
the only thing you can do is try to contact SiRoYa, Honey, or Cyclonebox. Send PM to one of them with your BOX S/N and describe your problem.

Firmware Update is preformed via SERVER, using "Box Maintenance" function. There isnt any LINK for good update.

1 make a bakup of "StoredFiles" folder contents

2 Uninstall Cyclone Software and Box drivers

3 Delete "Cyclone Box" progam folder

4 Install "CycloneBoxInstaller.exe"

5 Install "CycloneBulkUpdate26102009.exe"

6 Update your Box FW from "Box Maintenance"

you dont need the 7828NCK, it is included in the last Bulk update... the only 2 installers required for a fresh and up to date cyclone install are this:
