Box problem - always one green light on box? - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have a Cyclone box with a problem, every time I connect the box to the computer I just get a single green light on it that constantly stays on, i open Cyclone box software and it constantly says not connected, box serial number is - CYA08002.

Its 100% not the computer, I have 3 other Cyclone boxes that work fine on the computer and have tried several computers.

What advise can you offer?

CYA this is not SN, paste there SN or service tag.

How do i get SN off the box that cannot connect to the PC?

you will find box serial in your ~\Cyclone Box\StoredFiles\Session_xxxx_xxxx.txt
