Check if the Ic that get hot is the U1 ( LM3526 located mear the RJ-48 sockets at top side of the PCB )

I think you need to replace it ( it is the VBAT IC SW )

Now your box seems to be fine ( the Selftest is OK )

Is your phone in "localmode" ?

Maybe cable problem, check cable, also clean phone contacts, and before try to flash do a "Check Flashing Bus" and see if all ok.

Need Cyclonebox Schematics

Dear Support Team,

My Cyclonebox service port rj-45 pin is damaged.......I replaced with new one,
Now i get the following responsc.......

Connect the usb cable to your box, and measure the voltage at pin 1 of the LM3940 ( located at bottom side of the PCB ) if you get 5V all is OK your box only have "calibration resistor" problem, just disable "Box Selftest" in settings and continue using your Cyclone Box.

LM3940 is a 3,3V regulator, pinout is:
1: IN (5V)
2: GND
3: OUT (3,3V)

yes it was local mode, for dct4 phone, phones never detected
for bb5 phone, it was detected but stuck at 2nd loader (using adapter or
without adapter its still the same), heres the log

first , thank you very much mr ptt for your help

2nd i was contact kaisak on ym but seems to be doesnt have any information about the schematics....
kaisak says only mr. karwos has it. and he wasnt at the office
then i pointed this thread to kaisak so mr. karwos will notice it if he was available. but untill today it seewms that he wasnt available at this thread
